Wassen chose Statement to build a new, transactional site for them to sell their quality supplements and minerals to their customers.
Wassen began their work with mineral formulations around 40 years ago, and to this day are still passionate about what they do. They create expert formulas to combine essential minerals that may sometimes be lacking in the diet.
Having spent the last several months directing orders through a holding page to Amazon, the brand decided it was time to build a fresh new transactional site on Shopify, and came to us to help with this.
Originally, the brand had two existing sites - one on Magento that was taken offline a while back, and then most recently a holding page that directed customers to Amazon so that they could buy from the brand.
The brand wanted to centralise orders on one site, and so came to us to help build and design a fresh new site on Shopify to allow them to harmonise the purchasing process for their customers.
The Wassen team wanted their new site to not only enable direct orders but to also help to build the brand and bring in new customers. This was to be done by increasing educational and research based content on the site, helping to outline the benefits of the brands products for different ages.
Their brand new site is focused on bringing a wide range of educational content to their growing UK market and new younger customer base, as well as focusing on retaining their existing customer base.
