As Magento 1 end-of-life hit and support was no longer available, N.Peal needed to immediately replatform to a new solution.

• Suffering from a lack of self-sufficiency, they wanted a platform with the agility and efficiency to empower their internal team
• Another reason for the move was due to the cost of maintaining their Magento site, a growth-focused platform with a lower total cost of ownership was the goal
• Create a streamlined new site, conveying their luxury feel, creating a fantastic customer experience and telling the story of their cashmere wear and star-studded history

• Work collaboratively with their SEO and previous web agency to ensure a smooth data migration and hassle free replatform to the more scalable and reliable Shopify Plus
• Undertake a full redesign that embodies their premium offering with strong, high-end video content and a custom-built video section
• Integrate apps to that enhance the user experience including a ‘back in stock’ app, Wishlist Plus for saving products and Shopify Flow for automation
• Create a new EU site by replicating the site using an app called Rewind, copying over all content in the process
• Implement Geo IP work for their UK, EU and US store that detects customer location and directs the user to the relevant site
• Build a system to manage and update stock via CSV file which has been automated through the use of mechanic and Excelify
• Include checkout customisation and extra marketing preference tick box to opt out of certain communications
• Showcase the James Bond collection and N Peal’s product history in the films in line with the upcoming launch of the new James Bond film
