Matthias Kleven is a sales executive for Shopify Plus supporting merchants in the EMEA region. During his 3 years at Shopify, he has worked with merchants across EMEA on platforms including Magento, Commerce Cloud, Woo Commerce, Big Commerce, and more to identify if a migration to Shopify Plus will drive success for their business. Prior to his time at Shopify Matthias worked in digital marketing selling programmatic ad solutions and worked for Slack as well.
Business Development Manager for a Partnership Success team responsible for mid-market merchants at Klarna. Offering dynamic buy now, pay later payment solutions whilst changing the way customers shop. Working directly with the likes of Brompton Bikes, Ellis Brigham and Oliver Bonas. A background in the cycling and outdoor industry.
Channel Account Manager
Alex is a Channel Account Manager at Brightpearl, looking after partnerships with web agencies, technologies and platforms in the UK and Europe. Alex has worked in the ecommerce space for 4 years, across marketing automation and now the back office too.
Jordan is a Senior Partnerships Manager at LoyaltyLion, a data-driven loyalty and engagement platform for fast-growth ecommerce merchants. LoyaltyLion helps thousands of retailers worldwide to build fully customised loyalty programs, proven to increase customer engagement, retention and spend. Having spent the last three years in the customer retention and loyalty space, Jordan helps partners to better understand loyalty in the context of ecommerce and retail.
