- Magento 1 end-of-life was fast approaching, and Prestige were held back by a clunky, outdated site
- A cost-efficient and easy to manage solution that would put them back in control was required
- The site needed to be streamlined, accessible and user friendly to support their move to DTC
our solution.
- Implement best practice such as signposting, bestsellers, USP bar and clear delivery messaging to set the standard for their DTC presence
- Develop ‘Pan Set Builder’ functionality to create a personalised shopping experience
- Work with integration partner, VL OMNI, to integrate with Prestige’s picking and packing app, Papa
- Implement third-party apps to enhance the customer expeirence including review functionality, payment flexibility and customer service capabilities
- Leverage Shopify’s native functionality including their Wishlist app and built-in search functionality
