Having sold their products through an underperforming Magento site and aiming to expand their consumer base, White to Brown decided it was time to move to another platform that would support the next phase of their growth.
They were experiencing the common issues many Magento users have on the platform, such as lack of reliability and excess time spent on fixing bugs and issues. They began looking for an alternative platform that would allow for more flexibility and give them more control.
Refreshed design & customer experience.
Statement migrated the business to Shopify ensuring that the design and UX of the new site matched the brand’s new, more aspirational image. This included shooting new, high quality photography to ensure both products and lifestyle imagery were in line with the brand messaging.
The new buying experience is simple and informative, with clear imagery and product information to guide the customer selection process. Enabling rapid checkout such as Apple Pay and highlighting the brand's free delivery & returns offer also reduces buying friction to maximise conversion rates.
Unlocking B2B growth.
White to Brown is also stocked in leading tanning and beauty salons across Europe.
We developed an efficient and restricted B2B section of the site which allows salon owners to quickly re-order products from their mobile devices.
This new innovation unlocks a further sales channel for the business whilst also enhancing the buying experience for the brand's B2B customer group.
