Trinity Walk is a modern shopping centre situated in the centre of Wakefield, with a family focused approach that directs the welcoming and inclusive approach to everything they do.

We have worked Trinity Walk on many projects - with their website refresh, development of an app and ongoing consultancy and advice.

In 2016/7, we supported Trinity Walk with two Purple Apple Award nominations and one win for their ‘Where Will a Trinity Walk Take You?” marketing campaign.

Creating a Digital Experience

We first worked with Trinity Walk on revitalising their outdated website with a design refresh. Our team listened to feedback from shoppers, retailers and centre management to create a stylish yet functional website that works across all devices.

We’ve since worked with Trinity Walk on their whole digital experience; partnering on digital marketing campaigns and the development of their mobile app.

Exceeding Targets

Using the Trinity Walk mobile app, Statement and Trinity Walk ran a ‘Trinity Treasure Trail” competition as part of their Trinity Family Club campaign, using iBeacon technology to take visitors on a summer-long treasure hunt through the centre and building on Trinity Walk’s family focus.

This Trinity Family Club campaign was shortlisted for a Purple Apple award and exceeded many of the set targets, with an exceeded target of social impressions by 248%, an exceeded target of WiFi sign-ins by 131%, and an exceeded target of family club signups by 23%
