Building a stronger digital strategy

Passmore Group approached us with a major challenge. The business had been heavily dependent on printed advertising and the Yellow Pages, but the way in which consumers were researching home improvement projects had changed because of the impact of the web.

The business knew they needed to significantly change their marketing approach but didn't know what to do. They already had a suite of websites, but they didn't showcase the brand and services in the way that the company wanted and the performance of the accompanying digital marketing campaigns - predominantly paid search through Google AdWords - was also average.

We started from the ground up and developed a digital customer strategy which would help to attract, inspire and convert interest into conversions. This wide ranging project saw us work on the development of four new websites, which were all mobile friendly and customer focused, and the management of a comprehensive digital advertising campaign.

The results and client feedback have been impressive. Key performance metrics are up significantly which has converted into high levels new business. We're proud to have delivered such great results for the Passmore Group and we continue to enjoy a positive and proactive relationship, working alongside their team to continually provide new insights to keep improving their digital strategies.
