Attending Statement’s brand workshop programme was highly valuable for us. It helped us to see where our brand is at present and how we see our brand going forward. It was beneficial to step away from our usual environment and work with the Statement team on their list of key questions which have clearly defined what our brand stands for and where we fit in the marketplace. Also Identifying our key customers was very helpful. We feel focused and ready to push forward.
Tranquilitie, based in West Yorkshire, has been around since the 1930s when they began supplying high quality blankets to boutique hotels and retail stores, as part of the James Walker Textiles family heritage. After growing up with the blankets herself, Virginia Walker decided to re-invigorate and create a new digital presence for the timeless heritage product. The project included a freshly developed brand, an online eCommerce store and ongoing strategic marketing support.
At the beginning of the project, Virginia approached us to undergo Statement's unique #BrandHappy brand development programme, in order to develop some clear insights into her potential customers, the current marketplace and the marketing objectives of the brand. These insights could then fuel the brand's direction in both online and offline marketing activity.
We designed and developed an online eCommerce store for Tranquilitie, enabling them to sell their high quality blankets online - 24/7, worldwide. It was important that the website was responsive and mobile / tablet friendly in order to cater for the behaviour of today's on-the-go users who might want to buy their luxury blankets whilst on the move.
Statement also works with Virginia Walker on an ongoing basis, providing strategic marketing support to ensure that the business gets the most from their digital investment.
